iPruf apps are designed to keep your data on your devices and in your own accounts.

Your photos, voice notes and reports

Photos, annotations, voice notes and reports you create are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your own iCloud account. We do not operate a server that receives or stores your job photos or reports.

AI features (optional)

If you choose to use AI Pro features, you supply your own OpenAI API key, stored only in your device Keychain. When you tap an AI action and give consent in the app, the relevant photo and notes are sent from your device directly to OpenAI for processing. We never see your API key and do not pay for or resell your AI usage.

Location and timestamps

With your permission, photos you export carry the date/time and location where they were captured, plus a QR code linking to that location on a map. Location is used only for the photos and reports you create.

What we do not do

• No facial recognition or identity verification.
• No sale of your data.
• No certification, pass/fail, or guarantee is made by the app about any job or property — reports record what was captured, as photographed.
