iPruf Terms of Use

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Operator: iPruf is a product of VRITAS LLC, Santa Clara, California. Questions: support@ipruf.com.

What iPruf is

iPruf apps help you capture, stamp, and share photo reports of work you perform. Reports record what was captured, at the time and place shown, as photographed. iPruf does not certify, verify, guarantee, or pass/fail any job, property, or condition.

Subscriptions

Basic ($9.99/month) and AI Pro ($19.99/month) are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Founding Pricing is locked for early users for as long as the subscription stays active. The free tier includes 3 jobs with full export; after that, reports are view-only in the app with SAMPLE-watermarked previews until you subscribe. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Your content and accounts

Your photos, voice notes, and reports stay on your device and in your own iCloud account. We do not operate a server that stores them. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you capture and send, and for having permission to photograph the people and places in your reports.

AI features

AI Pro features are optional and use an OpenAI API key that you supply and pay for directly. AI output is a draft for your review — you are responsible for checking and approving any report before sending it.

Acceptable use

Do not use iPruf to create false evidence, backdate or misrepresent when or where a photo was taken, or violate anyone's privacy or applicable law.

Liability

iPruf is a record-keeping tool provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms makes iPruf responsible for disputes between you and your customers about work performed.
