iPruf Support

iPruf is a product of VRITAS LLC, based in Santa Clara, California. This is the official support page for ipruf.com.

Questions, problems, or feedback about any iPruf app: email support@ipruf.com. We read every message. Please include the app name (for example ContractorProof), your iPhone model, and what you were doing when the problem happened. Do not email your OpenAI API key or customer photos.

Official site & payments

iPruf does not ask for passwords, payment-card details, or OpenAI API keys by email or on this website. When the apps launch, subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store.

Where your data lives

Photos, voice notes, and reports are stored on your device and, if enabled, in your own iCloud account. iPruf does not operate a server that receives or stores your job photos or reports.

AI features (AI Pro)

AI features are optional. You supply your own OpenAI API key, stored only in your device Keychain, and AI calls go from your phone directly to OpenAI using that key. Nothing is sent until you allow it in the app and tap an AI button, and you can remove your key in Settings at any time to revoke consent. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Setting up your OpenAI key (about 3 minutes, once)

  1. Create or sign in to your OpenAI account and add billing there.
  2. Create an API key in OpenAI, then paste it once into the iPruf app under Settings.
  3. After that, just tap an AI button when you want a draft. OpenAI bills you directly for usage; iPruf never sees your key or your OpenAI bill.

Subscriptions

Basic is $9.99/month and AI Pro is $19.99/month, billed through your Apple ID. The free tier includes 3 jobs with full export; after that, reports are view-only with SAMPLE-watermarked previews until you subscribe. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. See the Terms of Use.

What iPruf does not do

iPruf apps are recording tools. They timestamp and organize what you capture; they do not certify, approve, pass/fail, or diagnose any job, property, or condition.
